L34 is a commercial real estate development based in Žvėrynas – one of the most unique suburbs of Vilnius, Lithuania. The website embodies modern yet sophisticated design complementing the architecture of a building meanwhile incorporating main features – visuals, floor plans, location map and contact form.
Challenge
L34.lt was created from a scratch with an ultimate goal of matching the exquisiteness of a new commercial development meanwhile serving the main purpose of informing, visualising and organising content in such manner that it would intrigue the potential customers and provide the vital information.
Solution
Website creation started with competitive analysis, which prompted pattern for a further development. It was followed by a wireframe, content organisation and design implementation. The outcome is one page design which is simple, modern and in sync with look and feel of the building.
