The Critical is looking for a Project Manager who can lead complex projects from idea to implementation and see the real impact of their work.
This role is for someone who can structure processes, stays calm in uncertainty, and connects different perspectives into meaningful outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Lead projects from shaping the idea to implementing solutions;
- Work with research, strategy, design, and communications teams;
- Collaborate with clients, helping them clearly define direction and make decisions;
- Ensure smooth project delivery, clear timelines, and high-quality outcomes;
- Turn insights into real actions and tangible impact.
What we expect
- At least 3 years of experience in project management (experience in an agency, consulting, or complex project environment is a strong advantage);
- Experience working across different topics and disciplines (e.g., research, strategy, design, sustainability, innovation);
- Ability to see the bigger picture and work in a structured way;
- Strong communication skills and experience working with clients;
- Independence and confidence in your decisions.

Salary
€2,600–€3,300 gross per month (depending on experience and competencies).
