We’re a research and design agency solving complex challenges through deep insight and creative execution. Now we’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to our multidisciplinary projects.

What You’ll Do
As our PM, you’ll be the glue between clients, strategists, researchers, and designers. You’ll guide projects from first conversation to final handoff—keeping budgets in check, teams aligned, and clients confident.
You’ll:
• Shape project scopes, timelines, and budgets
• Build strong client relationships and lead communications
• Break down work into actionable tasks and assign ownership
• Track progress, manage risks, and keep everything moving
• Facilitate meetings and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Support pre-sales by contributing to estimates and project planning
• Spot opportunities to add value—like suggesting next steps, deeper research, or additional phases that support client goals
What You Bring
• 3+ years of project management experience (agency or consultancy preferred)
• A talent for balancing structure with creative flexibility
• Confidence using PM tools (Scoro, Notion, Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with research and design processes is a plus
