We’re looking for a Project Manager | Web & Digital, Research, Strategy and Design Projects

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in an agency, creative, design, digital or consulting environment who can lead complex projects from the initial client brief through to successful delivery.

Our projects often bring together research, strategy, design, communications and digital solutions. That is why we are looking for someone who can do more than simply manage timelines. You should be able to understand the wider logic of a project, ask the right questions, connect different disciplines and help both the team and the client maintain a clear sense of direction.

Your role

Lead projects from defining the client’s needs and refining the brief through to implementation and final delivery;

Structure and manage the project process, including phases, timelines, responsibilities, meetings, decision-making and clear communication;

Coordinate cross-functional teams working across research, strategy, design, communications, UX/UI, content, web and digital solutions;

Act as the main point of contact for clients, helping them understand the process, make informed decisions, manage expectations and maintain direction when priorities shift or uncertainty arises;

Manage project scope, change requests, risks, timelines and budgets;

Help the team translate insights into clear, actionable solutions, from strategic direction to design, content and digital implementation;

Contribute to the coordination of web and digital projects, covering everything from information architecture, UX logic and design to development, testing and launch.

What we’re expecting from you

At least two years of project management experience in an agency, design or digital studio, consultancy, or a similar project-based environment;

Experience working on multidisciplinary projects involving several areas, such as strategy, research, design, communications, UX/UI, content, digital or web development;

Experience with web or digital projects. We expect you to be familiar with at least some of the following:

● Developing website structures, sitemaps or UX flows

● Working with UX/UI designers and developers

● Structuring and adapting content for digital platforms

● Coordinating design, development, testing and launch phases

● Managing scope, change requests and priorities throughout the web development process

● Understanding the fundamental principles of web development, without needing to write code

The ability to see both the bigger picture and the details that matter

Strong organisational, communication and client management skills

The ability to work independently, take ownership and make decisions when not everything is clearly defined

The ability to work effectively with creative and multidisciplinary teams

Experience using project management and planning tools.
